Being true solution creators: We want to hear the problem you're trying to solve, not just do what we're asked. We want to not only solve the root problem, but ensure you're equipped/solved to handle other issues in the future.
Putting the client first: We want to help you out with the best solution possible for you - and that does not mean the most expensive one. We're also completely OK with that.
Understanding cookie-cutter approaches fail: No organization is the same. The people are different, the mission is different, and the problems are different. Just like that, no two solutions will be the same. We take time to make sure we don't become blinded by "what we saw before" and continously think outside the box.
Ensuring the most knowledge possible is applied: We aren't a staffing agency. When you hire us, you are not hiring a person - you are hiring a team. A team of unique and diverse people that have a plethora of experience and knowledge to work towards solutions. We want the best solutions, and to achieve that, everyone pitches in.

How we make a difference as an employer:

We are remote. Not remote-first, not hybrid - we trust our employees to be responsible no matter where they are. Should we open a location, any presence would be optional. As such, we commit to not micromanaging and allowing our employees to do the best they can. And they do.
Offering great benefits. Making sure everyone can separate their work and home life. Making sure they can exists beyond WAYCDIS.
Making client and employee-focused decisions. We will not be owned by shareholders concerned about making money. We are privately owned and will remain committed to making great decisions for our clients and employees alike.
By allowing our people to grow. Non-Compete clauses? Gross. How about a Pro-Compete clause. If you think there's somewhere better than here, that's awesome! We can't be a Google, Microsoft, or Apple - so we just want to know where we went wrong, but otherwise wish you well. We aren't worried though, we think everyone will like it here.
